Cognitive Planning
As the UX Director for the Cognitive Supply project, I lead the design of multiple products within the supply chain planning segment. Our goal is to create an intuitive user experience that facilitates collaboration across teams, allowing users to analyze what-if scenarios and dynamically adjust plans. By leveraging AI and machine learning, we empower organizations to make data-driven decisions and enhance their responsiveness to changing supply and demand conditions. Ultimately, we aim to revolutionize supply chain management through innovative design and technology.
Control Tower
As Sr UX manager for Control Tower at Blue Yonder, I led the team in launching our first true SaaS solution. This platform provided real-time visibility into the supply chain, enabling users to make informed decisions quickly. By integrating advanced analytics and a user-friendly interface, we enhanced operational efficiency and set a new standard for SaaS offerings.

Retail Planning
As a Senior UX Designer for a retail planning application, I led all design activities for two key applications: Assortment Planning and Merchandise Financial Planning. My role involved conducting user research, creating wireframes, and developing high-fidelity prototypes to enhance user experience and streamline workflows. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design solutions aligned with business goals and user needs. My focus was on delivering intuitive, user-centric designs that improved decision-making and efficiency in retail operations.
